Roger Kennedy serves as the Motor Vehicle Contract Maintenance Coordinator for Office of Fleet Management. He joined DOAS in July of 1998 as a Motor Transport Sevices Analyst. He retired from the federal government with 32 years as a transportation officer for the U.S. General Services Administration.
