Maximo

In compliance with recommendations from the Governor’s Commission for a New Georgia, The Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) along with the State Accounting Office(SAO) implemented a statewide Fleet Management System.  The software package that was implemented is IBM’s Maximo Enterprise Suite.

The initial phase of this program implemented Maximo to support the procurement process and asset tracking. Since going live in July 2007, additional functionality has been implemented with bringing information data from Wright Express for our fuel transactions and data from ARI our maintenance billing provider. Over time, additional functionality will be added bringing greater benefits to the State; allowing  agencies to more efficiently gather and analyze mileage, cost, assignment, repair, acquisition and disposal data in a way never before possible in the state.

This web site will act as a reference point for state employees who are interested in the Fleet Management System.  It will provide ongoing updates as we continue to implement new functionality or make substantial changes to existing functionality.
