Community Service Board Fleets

The purpose of the webinar will be to present the status of the Community Service Board (CSB) transition to DOAS oversight of their vehicle fleet.  A brief presentation of each of the elements included in the oversight and the status of those elements, to include both Fleet Management and Risk Management segments, and a segment on access to and use of the Maximo Fleet Management System.  This will be followed by a general question and answer session.

Car Rental Training: Introduction to the New Statewide Contract

The Georgia Department of Administrative Services, State Purchasing Division, has established a new Statewide Contract with Enterprise Rent-a-Car for both instate rentals and operation of the Capitol Hill Motor Pool. The training session will include an introduction to the Enterprise Car Rental portal, on-line reservations and recommended car rental business practices.
